CALL FOR ABSTRACT - ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION ONLY


Participants are invited to submit electronic abstracts (written in English) on one of the main topics of the Congress.

All free communications presented as posters with guided poster viewing and plenary discussion of selected posters.

 

3 posters will be each rewarded with a prize of 250 €

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT TEXT


1 All abstracts must be submitted in English.

2 Standard abbreviations must be used. Other abbreviations must be defined in brackets after the first use of the word.

3 The title should be in capitals.

4 Author’s names and affiliation should follow on a new line and be structured as follows :
ex. : P. Dupont1, G. Poncin2; 1Department of Neuroscience, University of Liège, Liège, Belgium, 2CHU Sart-Tilman, Liège, Belgium.

5 The abstract should be structured in paragraphes as follows: objective(s), material and methods, results and conclusion(s).

6 350 words is the maximum length for an abstract text (excluding title, authors and affiliations). If you are including a table or a figure, this limit is reduced to 300 words.

7 The font should be in Time New Roman, size 12. No bold characters and no words in capital letters (capital letters only for abbreviations).
